WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship from Los Angeles, California, and we offer free shipping to 200 countries. However, orders will be cancelled and refunded when the shipping carriers are unable to ship to your delivery location. 

 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

All domestic orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS. Delivery time takes 3-5 days to most U.S locations.  All international orders are shipped through FedEx or DHL, and the delivery time takes 4- 10 business days.

                 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). Processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability, payment verification and/or any discrepancies. Please note larger orders may take longer to process and shipping time also depends on location. All shipments are shipped only Monday-Friday (including express shipping). We do not process or ship orders on all major holidays.

 

WHAT IS SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide, buyers are responsible for any duties and import taxes at delivery in countries where applicable. Customs policies vary widely for different countries; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders will be cancelled and refunded when the shipping carriers are unable to ship to your delivery location. 

 

WHAT IS OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

If you aren't happy with your order, let us know and we'll try and make it right!

We offer free returns for domestic orders within the US and we will provide you a prepaid USPS/Fedex return label through email. We don't provide return shipping label for international order; you can still return your item to us for a full refund but returns will be made at your own cost.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 35 days of the original shipment date.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, carrier delayed and refused packages, and the package can't be refunded.

All sales are final and only qualify for a return if your item(s) are damaged/defective from the manufacturer or you were sent the wrong item. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages.

Items must be in resalable / original condition (unworn) with the original packaging to receive a refund or an exchange. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be possibly of a fraudulent nature or high-risk.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

Damaged and wrong items may be returned for refund or an exchange may be provided. Please save all contents and packing materials and contact us to notify us within 5 business days from the delivered date if any items are damaged or wrong items.

When contacting us regarding a damaged or wrong items, please provide to us pictures of the damage (close-up and full shot), your order number, style number, color, size, and number of damaged or defective item(s).

Items must be returned in its original condition/packaging or it will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund.

We will provide a return label and we will gladly ship the correct item once we receive the wrong item back. This will be based on product availability.

Refund: We will send you a return label and process a refund for the wrong item once we receive the item.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays).

You may contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make the changes of your orders, if your order has not been processed; we will be more than happy to make the change for you. Once you have received a tracking number, your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been picked and shipped, sorry for any inconvenience!

                 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

YES, if your order has not been processed, we will be more than happy to cancel the order for you.

 

WILL MY PACKAGE BE CHARGED DELIVERY/CUSTOMS FEES?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes.

 

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will open the investigation case on a package with the carrier, we will keep you update about the process. However, we don't issue a refund or send out a replacement till the investigation case is closed.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, carrier delayed and refused packages, and the package can't be refunded.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, FINAL SALE!
